Oyo receives 100 lecturers from federal authorities

The Oyo State authorities on Tuesday stated it has acquired no fewer than 100 lecturers from the federal authorities of Nigeria.

Govt Chairman, Oyo State Common Primary Schooling Board, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, made this disclosure whereas receiving the Academics in Ibadan, the state capital.

Adeniran whereas talking stated the federal authorities posted the lecturers to the state, via the Federal Academics Scheme (FTS) facilitated by the Common Primary Schooling Fee.

Adeniran whereas addressing the lecturers admonished them to indicate dedication to their duties.

He urged the brand new lecturers to justify their choice into the scheme.

He promised that the state authorities is prepared to combine the lecturers into the state’s service, provided that the lecturers carry out effectively at their obligation posts.

Adeniran whereas talking additional revealed that the 100 lecturers could be deployed to numerous colleges within the state.

He added that the deployment of lecturers would bridge the hole within the schooling sector, significantly within the space of manpower.

Adeniran stated, “So far as our public major colleges are involved, this scheme will go a great distance by way of a variety of lecturers that may adequately meet the inhabitants of pupils and colleges within the State.

“Although we’d like extra fingers within the system, with extra 100 lecturers from the scheme, it will assist to cater for the pupils now we have’’.
