Abdulrasheed Maina, former Chairman, Pension Reform Process Workforce (PRTT), on Wednesday, instructed the Federal Excessive Courtroom, Abuja, that he had no case to reply within the allegations levied towards him by the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC).
Maina, who instructed Justice Okon Abang shortly after the EFCC, by way of its counsel, Farouk Abdullah, closed its case, stated he could be submitting a no-case submission.
The previous Pensions Reform boss, by way of his lawyer, Anayo Adibe, made his intention recognized shortly after he cross examined the ninth prosecution witness (PW9), Rouqquaya Ibrahim, an EFCC investigator.
Justice Abang adjourned the matter till Friday (Dec. 10) for counsel to defendant, Adobe, to deal with the courtroom orally and for the prosecution counsel, Abdullah, to answer the no-case submission.
