Borno killing: I blame Arewa for insecurity in North – Ganduje’s aide

Governor Umar Ganduji’s Particular Adviser for the Media, Salihu Tanku Yakase, blamed the Ariwa group for the extent of insecurity within the north. Hours earlier, Boko Haram terrorists killed about 43 farmers in Zabermari, Borno state.

Dawiso denounced the incident and expressed remorse for the dearth of cooperation of some northerners, who he stated had failed to talk out towards the killings and kidnappings within the north.

He wrote on his Twitter web page: “Ina is God and Ina is alehirajion!” 43 harmless souls have been misplaced for no purpose, 43 households have been thrown into extra darkness, 43 fewer farmers would feed the nation, 43 new victims died in useless, 43 blood by the hands of these Who he’s supposed to guard.

“I blame Ariwa for enduring this stage of insecurity. By the point each household, in each nation, drowns in, possibly then we are going to get up and defend ourselves towards these barbaric assaults and kidnappings. There may be clearly no finish in sight. #ZabarmariMassacre

"Even talking with one voice about insecurity within the North is a problem. We’re not prepared but. #SecureNorth."
