Ogun: Truck crushes 4 to dying

The Spokesperson, Visitors Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Mr Babatunde Akinbiyi, confirmed the incident to the Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) in Abeokuta.

Akinbiyi acknowledged that the accident which occurred round 1:15 pm was brought on by extreme dashing and lack of management on the a part of the DAF truck driver.

In response to him, six folks have been concerned within the accident which comprised three male adults and three feminine adults, saying that 4 individuals died whereas two have been injured.

He defined that the truck driver, resulting from extreme dashing, misplaced management of the automobile; left his lane and rammed right into a bus loaded with Kolanut in the wrong way.

“The bus was going to Ibadan from an unknown vacation spot whereas the truck was heading towards Ijebu-Ode from Ibadan axis.

The TRACE spokesman mentioned that the deceased had been deposited on the morgue of Ijebu Ode Basic Hospital, whereas the injured truck driver and one different have been taken to the identical hospital.
